MY CONTRIBUTION:
As a consultant, I was responsible for the implementation of the
integrated management system CSMS and SUMS. During the final phase of the project, I actively assisted in the certification audit, where I supported the client's team in presenting and defending the implemented processes.
RESULT:
Thanks to our cooperation, the company has successfully obtained both CSMS and SUMS certifications and thus met all legislative requirements for the approval of its new models.

MY CONTRIBUTION:
I have provided comprehensive consulting services for the implementation of CSMS (UNECE R155) and SUMS (UNECE R156) systems. Part of my work was also support in the preparation of documentation for homologation and active participation in the certification audit, where I helped defend both systems.
RESULT:
The company successfully passed certification audits for both systems and was fully prepared for the homologation of its vehicles according to the new cyber standards.

MY CONTRIBUTION:
As a consultant, I led the implementation of the Software Update
Management System (SUMS) according to UNECE R156. During the certification, I was an active participant in the audit, where I helped to present and defend the system in front of the certification authority.
RESULT:
Thanks to my guidance and support, the company successfully passed the audit and obtained SUMS certification, thus confirming its readiness for modern requirements in the field of vehicle software management.

In the role of project manager, I was responsible for the complete implementation and implementation of the Cybersecurity Management System (CSMS) in
accordance with UNECE R155.
RESULT:
The project was completed with the successful certification of the entire management system (CSMS) and the subsequent homologation of the first vehicle of the Tatra Phoenix model series according to this regulation.
