MY ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY:
As a consultant, I was responsible for the implementation of the
integrated management system CSMS and SUMS. During the final phase of the project, I actively assisted in the certification audit, where I supported the client's team in presenting and defending the implemented processes.
RESULT:
Thanks to our cooperation, the company has successfully obtained both CSMS and SUMS certifications and thus met all legislative requirements for the approval of its new models.

MY ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY:
As an external Vehicle Cybersecurity Expert and Project Manager, I was responsible for the design and implementation of the Cybersecurity Management System (CSMS) in accordance with UNECE R155 and for managing the project through the certification process. I also designed and implemented the compliance framework and internal processes required by the EU Cyber Resilience Act (CRA).
RESULT: Successfully implemented and certified CSMS according to UNECE R155 and an established CRA compliance framework integrated into the company's processes.

MY ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY:
I have provided comprehensive consulting services for the implementation of CSMS (UNECE R155) and SUMS (UNECE R156) systems. Part of my work was also support in the preparation of documentation for homologation and active participation in the certification audit, where I helped defend both systems.
RESULT:
The company successfully passed certification audits for both systems and was fully prepared for the homologation of its vehicles according to the new cyber standards.

MY ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY:
As a consultant, I led the implementation of the Software Update
Management System (SUMS) according to UNECE R156. During the certification, I was an active participant in the audit, where I helped to present and defend the system in front of the certification authority.
RESULT:
Thanks to my guidance and support, the company successfully passed the audit and obtained SUMS certification, thus confirming its readiness for modern requirements in the field of vehicle software management.

MY ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY:
As an internal Project Manager, I designed and implemented the Cybersecurity Management System (CSMS) in accordance with UNECE R155 and managed the project leading to successful CSMS certification and type approval of the TATRA PHOENIX.
Later, as an external Vehicle Cybersecurity Expert, I supported the implementation of the Software Update Management System (SUMS) according to UNECE R156 and the related vehicle type-approval process.
RESULT:Successfully implemented and certified CSMS in accordance with UNECE R155, followed by the successful type approval of the TATRA PHOENIX under UNECE R155. Subsequently, SUMS was successfully implemented and certified in accordance with UNECE R156, enabling the corresponding software-update type approvals of TATRA vehicles.

As an external consultant, I provided expert advice on the development of internal guidelines and processes in accordance with the requirements of UNECE R155.

MY ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY:
As an external Cybersecurity Expert, I designed and implemented the Information Security Management System (ISMS) in accordance with the requirements of NIS2 and the Czech Cybersecurity Act No. 264/2025 Coll.
Following the implementation, I continue to work with the company as the external person responsible for coordinating and managing the ISMS, including risk management, security measures, incident management, compliance and continuous improvement.
RESULT:
A fully implemented ISMS providing the company with a practical framework for managing cybersecurity risks, meeting regulatory requirements and continuously improving its cybersecurity.
